From Charbel Aoun, MS:

As we begin American Pharmacists Month, Georgia Trend Magazine released its 2023 40 Under 40 list. I am incredibly honored to be a part of this year's list of honorees! What is even more humbling is the opportunity to be featured on the cover of this month's issue. This recognition means the world to me, and it is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and support of so many wonderful people in my life. Balancing the work in Pharmacy and the field of higher education, I am reminded of the late nights, the challenges, and the moments when I pushed myself out of my comfort zone. It hasn't always been easy, but every challenge has been a stepping stone towards this achievement. To my colleagues, friends, and loved ones, thank you for believing in me. Your support has been a driving force in my journey. I am immensely grateful to the organizations, mentors, and friends who have shaped my path. To all of you, I owe a debt of gratitude. I am committed to continuing my service to others professionally and personally. To all the young leaders, the #FirstGen pioneers, and the #pharmacy advocates, remember that your dreams are within reach, and hard work pays off. Keep pushing boundaries, taking risks, and striving for excellence. We are the future, and together, we can positively impact Georgia and beyond. Thank you again to Georgia Trend Magazine for this incredible honor. I can't wait to see what the future holds!
